What is the 1 Year Money Back Guarantee?

We will cover your product purchase if it is faulty or breaks through no fault of your own 

 

What does that mean?

Under normal use in a typical home environment, products cannot be covered in commercial situations.

How will I get my money back?

TRENDS home will refund directly back to your bank account the full purchase price. 

To qualify for the 1 Year Money Back Guarantee, you must register the product with us within 14 days of your purchase.

Manufacturing Defects

A manufacturing defect is defined as any fault in the product’s materials or workmanship, which is present at the time of receipt.

Damages caused as a result of the following conditions are not classed as manufacturing defects, and will not be covered by our guarantee:

Accidental damage
Acceptable (normal) wear and tear
Damage caused by abuse or negligence
Staining caused by strongly colored foods/spices
Melting caused by overheating
Scoring of boards

 

We will not guarantee products which:

Have not been used or maintained in accordance with the Care Instructions
Any product which has been modified or repaired by anyone other than a TRENDS home authorized repair center.
Were purchased as pre-owned, refurbished or sold as seen
Were purchased via an unauthorized reseller.

       

      Faulty Products

      In the unlikely event that your product becomes defective during the warranty period, please contact Customer Service via email, info@trendshome.co
      to ensure that we are able to deal with your inquiry, as efficiently as possible we would ask that you include:
      1. Proof of purchase (if the item was ordered via our website please provide your order number)
      2. A picture of the item which illustrates the issue
      3. A description of the issue, with details on when it was first noted
      4. If possible a picture or description of the batch code on your product. 

          

        Warranty Statement for Australian Customers

        This warranty supersedes all other warranties in respect to this product; our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian
        Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage.
        You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
        To claim, you must return the product with proof of purchase to the place of purchase. We will then repair, replace or refund the defective product free.
